Ethical And Sustainable Sourcing

Chilli Promotions actively reduces risk by ensuring compliance to Australian and International standards, such as quality assurance (ISO 9001) or environmental standards (ISO 14001). Utilising third party auditors to audit all products to standards, ensures not only risk mitigation but also drives environmental stewardship.

Further to this we adhere to our own ethical sourcing policy which dictates the minimum standards we will accept from the production facilities in our supply chain. Potential and existing vendors must go through an accreditation checklist, with ethical and social audits utilising either SA 8000 standard or SedexSMETA standard. This covers workplace health and safety, child and forced labour, working hours and wages, discrimination, discipline, management systems, and dormitories if provided by the factory; ensuring your brand won’t be associated with unethical supply chain practices.

Quality Assurance

Our vendor accreditation process and regular reviews and audits, combined with random QA inspections ensure that we can deliver quality products, first time, every time.

Our inspection process includes factory audits, social audits, initial product checks, during production inspections, factory internal inspections, production monitoring, and pre-shipment and container loading checks, all performed in line with ISO 9001 standards.
